Personal data collected via the registration form is:
data relating to identity (surname, first name, country of origin), contact details (email address), and when necessary, data relating to professional life (sector of activity, company name, grade, interest in the event).
Personal data is processed in order to confirm your registration and to enable you to attend events organized by Global Forest Summit, (article 6b of the GDMPR) and to invite you to other events related to sustainable development issues, if you wish so (article 6f of the GDMPR). If you are a private individual, communication relating to similar events is made based on your consent (article 6a of the GDPP).
Reforest'Action and the Open Diplomacy Institute are each responsible for processing their own information, independently. They commit not to transfer data to third parties without your prior authorization.
Data is kept for the duration of the event and in case of subsequent communication for a 3-year period from the last contact with you.
Under the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification, opposition and portability that you can exercise at any time, with proof of your identity, by contacting contact@globalforestsummit.org.
In case of dispute, you have the right to file a claim with the CNIL.
